Front-end developer

Square360 is looking for a brilliant & fearless front-end developer to join our team.

You will be responsible for:
  • Producing pixel-perfect websites & templates
  • Building complex layouts with CSS and/or Flash
  • Developing clean & modular code
  • Cross-browser testing & implementation
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of ownership & urgency, and a drive to over-deliver on projects
  • Pushing the available technology to its maximum
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Advanced knowledge of ActionScript 2+, scripted motion & keyframe animation and Flash application development
  • Strong knowledge of semantic XHTML + CSS
  • Experience optimizing graphics in Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of the following is a plus: JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, PHP, SQL
  • Great design aesthetic & UI sensibility a major plus
  • Willingness & efficiency learning new programming languages
  • Experience leading and architecting projects is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to handle requests outside of your core responsibilities and be team player

Print & web designers

Square360 is looking for a mega-talented designers to work with our team.

You will be responsible for:
  • Creating original designs & developing brilliant ideas and seeing them through to production
  • Working collaboratively and independently on a wide variety of project types (including logos, collateral, advertisements, websites and flash applications)
  • Executing existing project creative and attending to it as if it were your own design
  • Maintaining design dialog with creative / art directors through all phases of a project
  • eticulous attention to detail, strong sense of ownership & urgency, and a drive to over-deliver on projects
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Incredible graphic & artistic ability (AKA talent!)
  • BFA/BA preferred in graphic design or a related field
  • Ability to communicate design ideas visually and verbally, with the ability to present your work to groups while qualifying your design decisions
  • A deep love for typography
  • Expertise in design-related software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and Flash)
  • Proficiency with a Mac
  • Experience with pre-press & web standards
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills; ability to work independently as well as with a group
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
